Refund Policy

If the customer wishes to return our product, he/she can do so within 7 days of receiving delivery. We will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 14working days after receiving the product back with us. Return shipping charges should be given by the customer.

Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.

• If the customers do not like our product, he/ she can send the product back to us within 7 days. We will make sure to refund the entire amount back to customer’s account within 14 working days.


• You can find registered address on www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com and the refund will be applicable only if the product is shipped to the registered address within 14 days of receiving delivery.


• This refund facility is available only through www.kjsjewellers.com and not through other stores in India.


• To initiate return, we would send a ‘Return Packaging Kit’ to the customer to pack the product in such packaging and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take at least 10-14 working days. It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number for further reference.


• This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate.


• 7 days refund policy is not applicable for gold coins, silver articles, silver coins and for products ordered with specific indications such as customization, engraving, personalised orders.


• Under this policy , customers must return the product along with its original invoice and insurance certificates provided by us .Loss of invoice or insurance certificate would result in a deduction of Rs.500.

Buy Back Policy

• This buyback policy is applicable on the jewellery and gold coin after 14 days of purchase from www.kjsjewellers.com.


• Buy back can be done by returning the product to the registered address of www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com or by visiting & returning the product at any of our stores.


• The Buyback policy is based on giving the fair value of jewellery. The prevailing rate at the store will be applicable.

• Under this policy , customers must return the product along with its original invoice and insurance certificates provided by us .Loss of invoice or insurance certificate would result in a deduction of Rs.500

The buyback policy is subject to the approval of our Quality check team. KJS jewellers reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team.

Exchange Policy

If any of our customers wish to exchange the product purchased through www.kjsjewellers.com can do the same by sending back the product to us or by visiting any of our outlets in India.

Following policies are applicable for the exchange through online.

7 Day Easy Exchange Policy:

Customers will get 100 % of the invoice value if the product is exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No.

Follow the return procedure mentioned above to return the product to us. During the exchange, return the product with its original bill/product certificate. Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.

Once the returned product is received by KJS jewellers and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Exchange after 14 days of Purchase:

We offer a Lifetime Exchange option for all purchases made from www.kjsjewellers.com India. Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No.

Follow the return procedure mentioned above to return the product to us. Once the returned product is received by KJS jewellers and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. The value of the returned product will be calculated based on the prevailing gold/Diamond rates mentioned in www.kjsjewellers.com .

The refund amount will be based on the product weight. No making charges/GST will be refunded for the returned product.

Covid Impacted Delay

The pandemic situation has badly inflicted the normal course of action especially related to manufacturing, procurement from vendors and delivery to customers. Hence, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in this regard. As per the latest government guidelines, we're processing orders for all products across the country, except containment Areas. You will be notified via email once orders are getting processed.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the order by login to the KJS jewellers site. Cancellation is not possible post-dispatch of the product.

Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email ID and the amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment within 14 working days.

Should you have any queries, we shall be glad to answer the same before initiating the cancellation request. KJS jewellers at its sole discretion, reserves the rights to cancel an order at any particular point of time.

This may be propelled by various factors like (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. Once cancelled, the amount will be credited back to the customer's source account within the bank's nominal processing time.

This cancellation policy is not applicable for Customized ornaments/Gold Coin/Gold Bar/Silver Coin/Silver Bar/Silver products .
