விதிமுறைகள் & நிபந்தனைகள்

                                                                                                                                                      
1.KJS E-GOLD திட்டம் 300 நாட்கள் (10 மாதங்கள்) கொண்டது. வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் முன்தொகையை குறைந்தபட்சம் மாதம் ஒரு முறை பத்து மாதங்கள் செலுத்த வேண்டும், 360 நாட்களுக்கு பிறகு தங்க நகைகளாக பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். 

2. ஒவ்வொரு முன்தொகையையும் அன்றைய மார்கெட் விலை (Board Rate)-ன் நிலவரப்படி தங்கமாகவே வரவு வைக்கப்படும். 

3. இத்திட்டத்தின் முடிவில் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு பாதி சேதாரம் (50%) மட்டுமே செலுத்தி நீங்கள் தங்க நகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். மீதமுள்ள 50% சேதாரத்தை நிர்வாகமே செலுத்தும் (15% VA வரை).

4. இதில் முதல் சிறப்பம்சம் என்னவென்றால், ஒரு மாதத்தில் எத்தனை முறை வேண்டுமானலும் எவ்வளவு தொகை வேண்டுமானாலும் ரூ. 500 -ன் மடங்குகளில் செலுத்தி பயன் பெறலாம்.

5. இரண்டாவது சிறப்பம்சம் என்னவென்றால் தங்களிடம் உள்ள பழைய நகைகளையும் 91.6 தங்கமாக கணக்கிட்டு முன்வரவாக செலுத்தலாம். 

6. மூன்றாவது சிறப்பம்சம் என்னவென்றால், தாங்கள் முதிர்வு தேதிக்கு முன்பே நகை வாங்க விரும்பினால் கடைசியாக முன்தொகை செலுத்திய நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்கள் கழித்து நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு 50% சேதாரம் மட்டுமே செலுத்தி நீங்கள் தங்க நகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம் (மீதமுள்ள சேதாரத்தை நிர்வாகமே செலுத்தும்). குறைந்தபட்சம் முன்தொகையை 90 நாட்கள் செலுத்தியிருக்கவேண்டும் (15% VA வரை).

7. ஒவ்வொரு முன்தொகையையும் நேரிலோ, அல்லது காசோலை (Cheque), வரைவோலை (Demand Draft), மற்றும் KJS Jewellers கைபேசி செயலியின்  மூலமாகவும் செலுத்தலாம். 

8. நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு மேல் வாங்கும் கூடுதல் தங்க நகைகளின் எடைக்கு முழு செய்கூலி மற்றும் சேதாரம் உண்டு. 

9. இத்திட்டத்தை முதிர்வுத் தேதிக்கு முன் முடித்துக்கொள்ளும் பட்சத்தில் எவ்வித திட்ட பலன்களுமின்றி, முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்திற்கு முழுமையான சேதாரம் கொடுத்து தங்கநகைகளை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம். 

10. இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு 50% VA மட்டுமே செலுத்தி நீங்கள் தங்கநாணயமாகவும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

11. எக்காரணத்தை கொண்டும் பணம் திருப்பி தரப்படமாட்டாது. தங்க நாணயம் அல்லது தங்க நகைகளை மட்டுமே பெற முடியும். 

12. இத்திட்டத்தில் இணையும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு தாங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு 50% சேதாரம் மட்டுமே செலுத்தி பலன் அடையலாம் (15% VA வரை) மீதமுள்ள சேதாரத்தை நிர்வாகமே செலுத்தும். சில அரியவகை மற்றும் குறிப்பிட்ட புராதான நகைகள், நகாஸ் வேலைபாடு உள்ள நகைகளுக்கு மட்டும் மீதமுள்ள VA, Precious and Semi Precious, Zircon மற்றும் Signity போன்ற கற்களுக்கு விலை உண்டு.

 உதாரணம்: நீங்கள் வாங்கும் தங்க நகையின் VA 15% இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடை (Reserved Weight) 
16 கிராம் எனில், நீங்கள் வாங்கும் தங்க நகையின் எடை 20 கிராம் எனில், முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடை 16 கிராமிற்கு 50% சேதாரம் செலுத்தி கூடுதலாக வாங்கும் 4 கிராம் எடைக்கு முழு செய்கூலி மற்றும் சேதாரம் செலுத்த வேண்டும் (15% VA க்கு மேற்பட்ட தங்க நகைகளுக்கு இத்திட்டத்தின் சலுகைகள் போக மீதமுள்ள சேதாரம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்).

13. இத்திட்டத்தை எக்காரணத்தைக் கொண்டும் வேறு திட்டத்துடன் இணைத்து நகை பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது. 

14. இத்திட்டத்தில் வாங்கும் தங்க நகைகளுக்கு விற்பனை வரி (GST) கட்டாயம் உண்டு (மத்திய, மாநில அரசு விதிமுறைக்கு உட்பட்டது).

15. இத்திட்டத்தில் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்க எடையின் மதிப்பு ரூபாய் 1,99,000/-மேல் இருக்குமேயானால், பான் கார்டு (PAN CARD) நகல் கட்டாயம் தரவேண்டும். 

16. நடைமுறையில் உள்ள சிறப்பு தள்ளுபடி மற்றும் சலுகைகளை இத்திட்டத்தில் பெற இயலாது. 

17. சட்டதிட்டங்களை கூட்டவோ குறைக்கவோ (அ) மாற்றவோ நிர்வாகத்திற்கு சகல உரிமைகளும் உண்டு. 

18. இந்த முன்பதிவு செய்யும் திட்டத்தின் அனைத்து சட்ட பிரச்சனைகளும் சேலம் மாவட்ட சட்ட எல்லைக்கு உட்பட்டதாகும்.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. This advance jewellery purchase plan is for a minimum of 300 days (10 months). The customer can pay any number of advance payments in a single day and in multiples of Rs. 500 only. 


2. The advance amount received will be credited to your account in the form of 22 kt (916) gold weight as per prevailing board rates at the time of payment. The customer can also deposit their old gold jewellery and convert it into 916 gold and pay as advance


3. The maturity day is calculated as the 60th day from the last due payment day.


4. At the time of maturity, the customer can avail gold ornaments or gold coins by paying only 50% of the wastage for the reserved weight (remaining 50% will be borne by the company itself), Up to 15% VA. However, making charges will be applicable.


5. The advance amount can be paid in the form of cash, cheque, DD & KJS Jewellers mobile app (Door-to-Door amount collection service is unavailable).


6. If the customer wishes to purchase additional weight than the reserved weight, they are erititled to pay the full wastage and making charges for the additional weight alone.


7. To avail full benefits of the plan the customer must be enrolled for a minimum of 90 days to purchase on the 150th day.

Example, If the customer makes the last payment on the 90th day, they are eligible to purchase on the 150th day. Similarly, if they make their last payment on the 250th day they are eligible to purchase on the 310th day.


8. For any reason, if the customer is planning to purchase before the 150th day, they cannot avail any benefits of the plan (i.e.) Full wastage and making charges will be applicable.


9. If the wastage is above 15% for some specific jewellery such as traditional, precious, ethnic and antique jewellery, the difference in wastage will be collected and stone charges will be applicable. Precious, semi-precious, zircon, and signity stones will be charged.


10. At any point in time, cash will not be refunded.


11. GST will be applicable at the time of purchase (In accordance with government regulations).


12. Under any circumstances, this plan cannot be merged with any other existing plan for jewellery purchases.


13. Any ongoing discounts and offers cannot be combined and availed in this advance purchase plan.


14. PAN card Xerox must be submitted at the time of purchase if that value exceeds Rs. 1,99,000 (as per government norms).


15. Management has the right to amend the plan at any time without any prior notice. All rights reserved.


16. Any disputes regarding this plan will be subject to Salem district jurisdiction only.
