விதிமுறைகள் & நிபந்தனைகள்

1. KJS E-GOLD PLUS திட்டம் 11 மாதங்கள் முன்தொகை செலுத்தும் வசதி கொண்டது. 

2. இத்திட்டத்தில் மாதமாதம் நிரந்தர முன்தொகையாக ரூபாய்.1000, 2000, 3000, 5000 மற்றும் 10000 வரை செலுத்தும் வசதி கொண்டது. 

3. ஒவ்வொரு முன்தொகையையும் அன்றைய மார்கெட் விலை (Board Rate)-ன் நிலவரப்படி தங்கமாகவே வரவு வைக்கப்படும். 

4. இத்திட்டத்தின் முடிவில் கடைசியாக முன்தொகை செலுத்திய நாளிலிருந்து 30 நாட்கள் கழித்து நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு முழுமையான (100%) சேதாரம் இன்றி தங்க நகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம் (15% VA வரை).

5. ஒவ்வொரு முன்தொகையையும் நேரிலோ, அல்லது காசோலை (Cheque), வரைவோலை (Demand Draft), மற்றும் KJS Jewellers கைபேசி செயலியின்  மூலமாகவும் செலுத்தலாம். 

6. இத்திட்டத்தில் மாதத்திற்கு ஒரு முன்தொகை மட்டுமே செலுத்த முடியும். முன்தொகையை அந்தந்த மாதத்தின் கடைசி தேதிக்குள் செலுத்த தவறும்பட்சத்தில், ஒவ்வொரு விடுபட்ட மாதத்திற்கும் திட்ட காலம் நீட்டிக்கப்படும் (முழுபலன்களை பெறுவதற்கு).

7. நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு மேல் வாங்கும் கூடுதல் தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு முழு செய்கூலி மற்றும் சேதாரம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். 

8. இத்திட்டத்தை முதிர்வுத் தேதிக்கு முன்னதாக முடித்துக்கொள்ளும் பட்சத்தில் எவ்வித திட்ட பலன்களையும் பெற இயலாது. முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு முழுமையான சேதாரம் மற்றும் செய்கூலி செலுத்தி தங்கநகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். 

9. எக்காரணத்தை கொண்டும் பணம் திருப்பி தரப்படமாட்டாது. தங்க நாணயம் அல்லது தங்க நகைகள் மட்டுமே பெற முடியும். 

10. இத்திட்டத்தில் இணையும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு தாங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு 15% சேதாரம் வரை உள்ள அனைத்து தங்க நகைககளையும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியும். சில அரியவகை மற்றும் குறிப்பிட்ட புராதன நகைகள், நகாஸ் வேலைப்பாடு உள்ள நகைகள், சாதிக்கற்கள் பொருத்தப்பட்ட சிலவகை நகைகளுக்கு மட்டும் மீதமுள்ள சேதாரம் செலுத்த வேண்டும் (15% மேல்). Precious, Semi precious, Zircon மற்றும் Signity போன்ற கற்களுக்கு விலை உண்டு. 

உதாரணம்: இத்திட்டத்தின் முடிவில் நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு மட்டுமே தங்கநகை வாங்கும் பட்சத்தில், நகையின் சேதாரம் 18% எனில் இத்திட்டத்தின் பலன் 15% சேதாரம் போக மீதமுள்ள 3% சேதாரம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். 

11. நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு மேல் வாங்கும் கூடுதல் தங்க நகையின் எடைக்கு முழு செய்கூலி மற்றும் சேதாரம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். 

 உதாரணம்:  நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடை 12 கிராம் எனில், வாங்கும் தங்க நகையின் எடை 16 கிராம் இருக்கும்பட்சத்தில், நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு மேல், கூடுதலாக வாங்கும் 4 கிராம் எடைக்கு முழு செய்கூலி மற்றும் சேதாரம் செலுத்த வேண்டும் (15% VA க்கு மேற்பட்ட தங்க நகைகளுக்கு மீதமுள்ள சேதாரம் முழு எடைக்கும் செலுத்த வேண்டும்).

12. இத்திட்டத்தில் வாங்கும் தங்க நகைகளுக்கு விற்பனை வரி (GST) கட்டாயம் உண்டு (மத்திய, மாநில அரசு விதிமுறைக்கு உட்பட்டது).

13. இத்திட்டத்தை எக்காரணத்தைக் கொண்டும் வேறு திட்டத்துடன் இணைத்து பலன் பெற இயலாது. 

14. இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் நீங்கள் வாங்கும் தங்க எடையின் மதிப்பு ரூபாய் 1,99,000/- மேல் இருக்குமேயானால், பான் கார்டு (PAN CARD) நகல் கட்டாயம் தரவேண்டும். 

15. நடைமுறையில் உள்ள சிறப்பு தள்ளுபடி மற்றும் சலுகைகளை இத்திட்டத்தில் பெற இயலாது. 

16. சட்டதிட்டங்களை கூட்டவோ குறைக்கவோ (அ) மாற்றவோ நிர்வாகத்திற்கு சகல உரிமைகளும் உண்டு. 

17. இந்த முன்தொகை செலுத்தும் திட்டத்தின் அனைத்து சட்ட பிரச்சனைகளும் சேலம் மாவட்ட சட்ட எல்லைக்கு உட்பட்டதாகும்.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This advanced jewellery purchase plan is for 11 months.

2. The advance amount must be paid continuously without fail on the monthly basis in the categories of Rs. 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 and 10000.

3. The advance amount received will be credited to your account in the form of 22kt (916) gold weight as per prevailing board rates at the time of payment.

4. Customers who have completed 11 months are eligible to buy gold ornaments or gold coins at 100% (full wastage) discount on wastage for the reserved weight (upto 15% VA). The maturity will be eligible after 30 days from the date of the last advance payment.

5. The advance amount can be paid in the form of cash, cheque, DD & KJS Jewellers mobile app (Door-to-Door amount collection service is unavailable).

6. Under any circumstances, only one advance payment can be received for a particular month. If a payment is missed at the end of the month, the plan period will be extended for each missed month (for full benefits).

7. Full wastage and making charges will be applicable for the additional weight purchased beyond the reserved weight.

8. For any reason, if the purchase is planned before maturity (11 months), customers cannot avail any benefits of the plan. Only the reserved weight will be deducted. Full wastage (100%) and making charges will be applicable.

9. Customers who have completed 11 months are eligible for full benefits of up to 15% on the reserved weight. If the wastage exceeds this limit on certain jewellery types (such as traditional, precious, ethnic, or antique), the additional wastage cost and applicable stone charges will be collected. Charges apply to precious, semi-precious, zircon, and Signity stones.

10. At any point in time, cash will not be refunded.

11. GST will be applicable at the time of purchase (In accordance with government regulations).

12. Under any circumstances, this plan cannot be merged with any other existing plan for jewellery purchases.

13. A PAN card Xerox must be submitted at the time of purchase if that value exceeds Rs. 1,99,000 (as per government norms).

14. Any ongoing discounts and offers cannot be claimed in this advance purchase plan.

15. Management has the right to amend the plan at any time without giving any prior notice. All rights reserved.

16. Any disputes regarding this plan will be subject to Salem district jurisdiction only.
