1. KJS E-GOLD MAX 330 நாட்கள் கொண்டது. 

2. இத்திட்டத்தின் தொடக்கத்தில் ஒருமுறை மட்டுமே முன்தொகை செலுத்த முடியும். உங்கள் விருப்பத்திற்கேற்ப எவ்வளவு தொகை வேண்டுமானாலும் செலுத்தலாம்.

3. நீங்கள் செலுத்தும் முன்தொகையை அன்றைய மார்கெட் விலை (Board Rate)-ன் நிலவரப்படி தங்கமாகவே வரவு வைக்கப்படும்.

4. இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு 331-வது நாளில் முழுமையான (100%) சேதாரம் இன்றி தங்க நகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம் (upto 15% VA).

5. ஒவ்வொரு முன்தொகையையும் நேரிலோ, அல்லது காசோலை (Cheque), வரைவோலை (Demand Draft), மற்றும் KJS Jewellers கைபேசி செயலியின்  மூலமாகவும் செலுத்தலாம்.

6. தங்களிடம் உள்ள பழைய நகைகளையும் 916 தங்கமாக கணக்கிட்டு முன்வரவாக செலுத்தலாம்.

7. இத்திட்டத்தில் நீங்கள் முதிர்வு தேதிக்கு முன் முடித்துக்கொள்ளும் பட்சத்தில் 

   (a) 1 முதல் 150 நாட்களுக்குள் இருந்தால், முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு மட்டுமே தங்க நகைகள் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியும். இத்திட்டத்தின் பலன்களை பெற இயலாது. முழுமையான சேதாரம் மற்றும் செய்கூலி  கொடுத்து தங்கநகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். 

   (b) 150 முதல் 330 நாட்களுக்குள் இருந்தால், முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு பாதி (50%) சேதாரம் இல்லாமல் (upto 15% VA) தங்கநகைகளை பெற்று பலன் அடையலாம். பாதி சேதாரம் மற்றும் செய்கூலி  கொடுத்து தங்கநகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

8. இத்திட்டத்தில் வாங்கும் தங்க நகைகளுக்கு விற்பனை வரி (GST) கட்டாயம் உண்டு (மத்திய, மாநில அரசு விதிமுறைக்கு உட்பட்டது).

9. நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு மேல் வாங்கும் கூடுதல் தங்க நகைகளின் எடைக்கு முழுமையான சேதாரம், செய்கூலி கொடுத்து தங்கநகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

10. எக்காரணத்தை கொண்டும் பணம் திருப்பி தரப்படமாட்டாது. தங்க நாணயம் அல்லது தங்க நகைகள் மட்டுமே பெறமுடியும்.

11. இத்திட்டத்தில் இணையும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு தாங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு முழுமையான (100%) சேதாரம் மற்றும் நகாஸ் வேலைபாடு வரி இல்லாமல் தங்க நகைகள் பெற்று பலன் அடையலாம் (upto 15% VA). சில அரியவகை மற்றும் குறிப்பிட்ட புராதன நகைகள், நகாஸ் வேலைபாடு உள்ள நகைகளுக்கு மட்டும் மீதமுள்ள VA கட்டாயம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். Precious and Semi Precious, Zircon மற்றும் Signity போன்ற கற்களுக்கு விலை உண்டு.

 உதாரணம்: நீங்கள் வாங்கும் தங்க நகையின் VA 15% இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடை (Reserved Weight) 16 கிராம் எனில், நீங்கள் வாங்கும் தங்க நகையின் எடை 20 கிராம் எனில், முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடை 16 கிராமிற்கு முழுமையான(100%) சேதாரம்/செய்கூலி இல்லாமலும் கூடுதலாக வாங்கிய 4 கிராம் எடைக்கு முழு செய்கூலி, சேதாரம்  செலுத்த வேண்டும் (15% VA க்கு மேற்பட்ட தங்க நகைகளுக்கு மீதமுள்ள சேதாரம், செய்கூலி கொடுத்து தங்கநகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்).

12. இத்திட்டத்தை எக்காரணத்தைக் கொண்டும் வேறு திட்டத்துடன் இணைத்து நகை பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது.

13. இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் நீங்கள் வாங்கும் தங்க எடையின் மதிப்பு ரூபாய் 1,99,000/- மேல் இருக்குமேயானால், பான் கார்டு (PAN CARD) நகல்  கட்டாயம் தரவேண்டும்.

14. சட்டதிட்டங்களை கூட்டவோ குறைக்கவோ (அ) மாற்றவோ நிர்வாகத்திற்கு சகல உரிமைகளும் உண்டு.

15. இந்த முன்தொகை செலுத்தும் திட்டத்தின் அனைத்து சட்ட பிரச்சனைகளும் சேலம் மாவட்ட சட்ட எல்லைக்கு உட்பட்டதாகும்.

1. This advanced jewellery purchase plan is for 11 months. The advance amount can be paid at the time of enrollment only. And also, the customer can pay as much as they want.

2. The advance amount received will be credited to your account in the form of 22 kt (916) gold weight as per prevailing board rates at the time of payment.

3. On the 331st day, you can purchase gold ornaments or coins with a 100% wastage discount on the reserved weight (up to 15% VA). The company will bear GST.

4. The advance amount can be paid in the form of cash, cheque, DD & KJS Jewellers mobile app (Door-to-Door amount collection service is unavailable).

5. The customer can also convert their old gold jewellery into 916 gold and pay in advance.

6. For any reason,

(A) If the purchase is planned before 150-th day, customers cannot avail any benefits of the plan. Only the reserved weight will be deducted. Full wastage, making charges, and GST will be applicable.

(B) If the purchase is planned between 150-th and 330-th day, customers can avail only a 50% (Half wastage) discount on wastage for the reserved weight. Remaining half wastage (50%), making charges, and GST will be applicable.

7. Full wastage, making charges, and GST will be applicable for the additional weight purchased beyond the reserved weight.

8. Customers who have completed 11 months are eligible for full benefits of up to 15% on the reserved weight. If wastage exceeds this limit on certain jewellery types  (such as traditional, ethnic, or antique), the additional cost will be collected, along with charges for precious, semi-precious, zircon, and Signity stones. For jewellery with wastage above 15% VA, the difference in making charges and GST must be paid for the full weight. Wastage and GST are waived up to 15% VA.

9. At any point in time, cash will not be refunded.

10. Under any circumstances, this plan cannot be merged with any other existing plan for jewellery purchases.

11. A PAN card Xerox must be submitted at the time of purchase if that value exceeds Rs. 1,99,000 (as per government norms).

12 . Any ongoing discounts and offers cannot be claimed in this advance purchase plan.

13. Management has the right to amend the plan at any time without giving any prior notice. All rights reserved.
